The Boys and Girls Tennis Teams traveled to Berlin on Friday to play an evening match under the lights. This match is a great team building opportunity and the athletes really enjoy supporting each other! The Boys Team had a convincing 7-0 win.  Congratulations go to singles players Ronnak Saxena, Jack Perry, Elijah Wood and Rahul Mahesh and Doubles Teams of Sam Kim & Donny Sauer, Jonathan Huot & Jason Rickenbacher and Andris Reba & Dan Zhu.  The match of the day (and maybe of the whole season) goes to #1 Senior Singles Player Ronnak Saxena who defeated Jonathan Trevethan, a senior who had not lost a match his entire high school tennis career.  The players split sets and the match came down to a 3rd set 10 point tiebreak where Ronnak prevailed with a score of 11-9.  Amazing Tennis!  Congratulations Ronnak!  The Bobcats next match is today at East Hartford.
