SCHOOL NEWS:
The 9th Grade Class of 2027 is having a fundraiser at a local bakery at the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk - 100 Hemlock Avenue on Tuesday, November 14th from 4-8 pm.
If you are interested in applying to become a Jump Start tutor, then please join the classroom with code 5n2dvtt. There you will find more information about this wonderful volunteer program, along with the application form. This program is open to all SWHS students who are in good academic standing and who would like to make a difference in a younger student’s life. The deadline for applications is Friday, November 10th!
CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES:
Pet Project Club is hosting a donation drive for pet supplies to benefit Pack Leaders Rescue of CT from November 6th thru November 10th. Donation bins will be located in the lobby and outside the cafeteria.
The DECA Club will be collecting gently used coats from November 2nd to November 9th. There will be boxes in the front of the lobby and at the Annex. Please see Mrs. Barrett with questions.
