TODAY, October 20th, is Pronoun Day! On behalf of SWHS's Sexuality and Gender Alliance, we'd like to let you know that this is a day to respect, share, and educate others about different pronouns. Remember that using people’s preferred pronouns is an act of basic human dignity, and shouldn’t be treated as something optional. Some pronouns are he/him, they/them, and she/her. There are also neopronouns, which include xie/xem and vi/vir. Don’t assume what pronouns people use, it’s always a good practice to ask! All pronouns are valid, so make sure to respect everyone!
