Seniors attending the outing:
If you are an athlete who has a game or a practice the day of the Senior Outing, there is an early bus that will depart Holiday Hill at 12:30 PM and return to the school at approximately 1:30 PM.
Remaining seats on the bus are open to any senior who would like to take the early bus home. Those available spots will be on a first come first serve basis.
Any student who would like to take the early bus must get the permission slip from Mrs. Balducci in the main office and return it to her by May 21st by 2:00 PM.
CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES:
Why did the t-shirt rip apart? Because it couldn’t contain its environmental impact. The freshman science fair participants have organized a clothing drive to be held outside the cafeteria. Please bring in gently used clothing until 5/20.
Science Olympiad is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday, May 21st from 6-9pm at a local ice cream shop located at 845 Sullivan Avenue. Come support your four-time Science Olympiad State Champs and enjoy some delicious ice cream.

For students attending Junior Prom:
In order to attend student activities such as Junior Prom, students must be in school for at least 50% of the school day. Students who arrive at 7:25 are eligible to be dismissed at 10:05 (after period 4). A link to a google form was emailed to parents on Tuesday. Please make sure your parents complete this form in order to grant you permission to be dismissed from school early.
For those students who arrive after 7:25, please be advised that it is important for you to be in school for at least half of the school day in order for your attendance at Junior Prom to be in good standing. Failure to do so may prohibit your ability to attend. Advisors and administrators will be checking attendance throughout the day to ensure that all students attending Junior Prom meet these requirements.
Junior Prom will be held at the Marriott in Hartford, CT. All students will have their bags checked upon entry into the venue. If you park at the Marriott garage, the price is $7.
Please know, the latest students can enter prom is 7:00 PM. Any student(s) arriving after that time will not be permitted. In addition, once students decide to leave prom for the night, they will not be readmitted.

The meeting will take place after school in the Media Center from 2:05-2:35 pm. Please come to get the first sign-up option for multiple volunteer events, honor members who have achieved their 8 or more volunteer hours, and to say farewell to our senior Interact Officers.

Calling Seniors who have taken multiple art classes! The Senior Art Exhibition is happening soon. This is your opportunity to show your artwork and qualify for an Art Honor Cord! If you are interested in earning an honor cord in Art, you must participate in the judged section of this Senior Art Exhibition. There is a mandatory meeting today during period 8 and again after school - in Room 7. Applications are due Monday - If you have any questions, be sure to reach out to an art teacher so we can help!

CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES:
Congratulations to the Cricket Club on their first trophy. Last weekend, the South Windsor Cricket Club faced off against the Glastonbury Cricket Club in a friendly three-game series, emerging victorious in all three matches. Saturday's first game from 12:00 pm to 3:30pm saw the Bobcats secure a commanding lead with a remarkable 27-run triumph. In the second match on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:15pm, they reached an impressive total of 107 runs, ultimately clinching a victory by 11 runs. They continued their winning streak in the third game, sealing the series with 5 wickets. Overall, it was a great weekend for our team. Join the Cricket Club Google classroom 24wq37s.
