The Gay-Straight Alliance will meet on Wednesday, January 30 at 2:00 pm in room 148. Come for the snacks, stay for the awesome action items and conversation! Hope to see you there.

There will be a Student Council meeting this Thursday, January 31 after school in room 163. All representatives should attend. We will be discussing a canned food drive and Trivia Night.

AP students: Please note that exam payments are due this Thursday, January 31. Extra payment forms are in the School Counseling office and payments can be dropped off to the Career Center.

Thursday: Pep Rally & Color Wars. 9th Grade wears Gray. 10th Grade wears Red. 11th Grade wears Black. 12th Grade wears White. Staff wears Blue.
Friday: Football Friday. Support your favorite football team in honor of Super Bowl Sunday.

The Science Fiction / Fantasy Club will meet this Thursday, January 31 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in room 127. Join us to work on your own creative writing.

Sign up to audition for the spring play, "Clue," on Tuesday or Thursday, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, outside room 147. Please fill out an audition form and report to your audition in room 144 on either Tuesday or Thursday of this week. See Mrs. White for details.

The Bobcat Bowling club is starting today.  Anyone who needs transportation should get a bus pass from the side office.

Do you need a positive break in your schedule next year? A class that allows you to be creative, move around, interact with your classmates, be silly, and express yourself? Still looking for that Humanities Elective credit? Join us in Theatre Studies! Whether you've been on stage your whole life or always wanted to try it out but never had the courage, this class will allow you to develop your performance skills while creating a character for the stage. We'll build your confidence, practice teamwork, play games, and most of all, allow you a fun and productive break in your day! This class is open to 9th - 12th graders, so all are welcome. See Mrs. Stodd Knapp with questions, and be sure to tell your Counselor you are interested in Theatre Studies for the 2019-2020 school year. 

Athletic News:

Anyone interested in trying out for the Boys’ Golf Team should attend a short informational meeting Wednesday, January 30 after school in room 168. It's a good opportunity to learn about the golf program requirements and expectations and ask the coach any questions you might have about the 2019 spring season.

All those interested in playing Boys’ Lacrosse this spring, there will be a brief informational meeting Thursday, January 31 at 6:00 pm in the Seminar Room. All players and parents are encouraged to attend. Please contact Coach Giordano if you cannot attend.
