SCHOOL NEWS:

The 9th Grade Class of 2025 shirts are in! Please see Mrs. Barrett in room 122A or the Business Ed office to pick them up if you ordered them in advance. We have a few extra gray short sleeve shirts in all sizes if anyone still needs one for 19.95!

The Student Law Day Contest deadline is April 27th.  The theme of the essay this year is “Toward a More Perfect Union:  The Constitution in Times of Change.”   Please see your Social Studies teachers for further details.
 
If you would like to attend graduation, prom, and/or senior outing, please make your payments during lunch on Tuesday, April 26 or Wednesday, April 27 in the cafe during lunch. The final collection date will be Wednesday, May 4th after school from 2:00-3:00 in the main lobby. Please see Mrs. McCool or Ms. Andrews with any questions. 
 
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER: 

Swiss Cleaners in Ellington and Manchester has immediate openings for part-time positions. If interested, please visit the Career Center to see the flyer posted with all of the details.
 
Many scholarships for graduating seniors are currently available with upcoming deadlines. Use Naviance to sort the list by deadline and get your applications in soon! Some good ones to look for: ECHN, South Windsor Rotary, South Windsor Little League, William Perry, SWAA Perseverance Award
 
ATHLETICS:

Girls track competed well against Manchester on Tuesday.  First place finishes were Olivia Petgrave in the 800, Bridget Carroll in the triple jump, Mikayla Allore in javelin, and Reagan Heafey DeAngelis in shot put.  Second place finishes were Susan Otaluka in the 100, Amanda Walsh in 100 hurdles, Alyssa Drenga in 300 hurdles, Grace Smith in the 800, Valerie Turgeon in pole vault, Mikayla Allore in discus, Sophia McCormack in shot put, and Reagan Heafey DeAngelis in javelin.
