The SWHS Writing Center has re-opened for the year! The Writing Center is a place where you can stop by after school to get one-on-one help with your writing assignments from peer tutors and English teachers. We are open on late bus days (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) from 2-3 pm in Room 136. No appointment is needed. Drop on by for help with your essays, lab reports, QPAs, college essays, and more! If you have questions, please see Mrs. Howard, Mrs. Price, or Mr. Hawie.
Attention Seniors: the second wave of Capstone presentations will be held on Tuesday, November 14th after school from 2:15-3:15 pm. In order to present, you must submit your written work to your advisor's google classroom by Friday, November 3rd. Your adviser will score it and if you earn a score of successful or highly successful you will be eligible to present. Finally, you must fill out the Google Form that is posted on the Capstone Website to be scheduled for a time slot on the 14th. Reach out to your adviser with any questions.
