Seniors: A final reminder that the deadline for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Scholarship Program is next Friday, January 15th. This is the final date to apply for the largest pool of funds. You can access the scholarship program application portal at www.hfpgscholarships.org There will be additional individual scholarships available through the Hartford Foundation for the next couple of months, but their biggest program will conclude next Friday.
The Academic Support Center will be starting up again this year! We will begin on Monday, January 11th. The ASC will meet virtually every Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. If you need help with your homework, please sign up! There will be NHS tutors available to help you each day. The Teen Center Youth Council has put together a month-long fundraiser to support a nonprofit organization, called Dignity Grows. We are asking for monetary donations from the community that will go towards purchasing hygiene products for those in need. Spread the word and support your local Youth Council and their efforts!
