South Windsor High School Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
Mission:
To provide a link between high school parents, teachers, students, administration, and the entire South Windsor community. The PAC aims to inform, educate, and act in support of SWHS families and students.
Goals:
- Strengthen the School/Family/Community Partnership.
- Share and connect the views of parents/guardians at SWHS.
- Encourage high communication between parents/guardians and faculty/administration.
- Partner with booster organizations, teacher representatives, and administration on events, tasks, or informational programs.
Meetings:
- Open to all SWHS families.
- Held monthly (except December, April, and June) during the school year.
- Include school-wide updates, events, and focus groups on student and community needs.
- Connect to the Portrait of a Graduate, embodying the educational experience of all SWHS students.
