South Windsor High School has a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team which includes school counselors, administrators, school psychologists, school social workers and our coordinator of student relations.
Our committee’s goals are to identify students needing support, integrate multiple sources of data in our decision making, and ensure implementation of supports with action plans and progress monitoring. Additionally, we want to connect with families to make them aware of the many programs South Windsor High School has to support our students.
