We have been made aware of difficulties for student payment for Homecoming.  As a result, we will no longer ​have a 'form' to sign as the payment ​(whether it is from a parent/guardian/student/additional ​payee) will ​confirm your attendance to the dance.  Please complete the payment attached to this post as a means of confirming your participation in ​the ​Homecoming Dance.

Important:  Students who have already paid and completed the form do not need to take any action as your ​spot is confirmed.  If students have completed the ​'form', yet not ​paid, their spot is not guaranteed until payment is processed.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as well all navigate through learning our new ParentSquare platform and process for school-wide events and payments.

Part I:  Ticket Purchasing and Requirements for Entry 

1. When purchasing a ticket, the SWHS student must be in good standing according to the student/parent handbook to attend the event.

2. TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD AT THE DOOR.

3. A completed Permission Slip Form must be submitted along with payment.

4. All students MUST present a current/valid photo identification in order to enter the dance. 

Part II:  General Dance Policies 

• All students who wish to attend a school dance must buy a ticket and have paid prior to the dance.

• All students attending the dance must arrive by 7:45 p.m.  Students who arrive after this time will not be admitted.

• Students may not re-enter the dance after exiting the building.

• Students cannot loiter on campus before or after the dance. 

• Suggestive, sensual, inappropriate dancing is not permitted. 

• Inappropriate behavior on or off the dance floor is not allowed.

• All dress must be modest and appropriate. To be admitted, students must be in compliance with the dress code outlined in the student handbook. 

• Use of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs of any kind is not permitted. 

• All school rules and SWPS Board of Education policies are in effect.
