Picture retakes will be held on Wednesday, October 15th. If you wish to have a retake please see Mrs. Balducci in the main office by Tuesday October 14th to get a pass scheduled.

 

Get ready! This year’s Homecoming Pep Rally on Thursday, October 23rd is going to be bigger and better than ever! Most of the Pep Rally will be class competitions, where each grade goes head-to-head for the ultimate Homecoming prize and bragging rights. Don’t worry, we are keeping fan favorites too - there will still be a game for our fall team captains and athletes, plus the legendary class officer musical chairs scavenger hunt.

Fill out this form if you are interested in competing. Remember, you’ll be representing your grade. If lots of students sign up, we’ll randomly select participants from the form to compete. And here’s the twist - teachers will be jumping in to take you on in every single game!

Homecoming tickets are now on sale!! Tickets must be purchased through parentsquare/student square. You don't want to miss out on this great dance. All tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, 10/21! Please contact Miss Goslin (room 233) with any questions!

 

CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES:

 

HOPE club will be hosting the first blood drive of the year on Wednesday, October 29th in the media center. It is an EVEN scheduled day and appointments are available from 7:45am to 12:30pm. This is a great opportunity to save three lives and get free snacks! You must be 17 years or older to donate; 16 year olds can donate with a parent permission slip. For more information or to make an appointment, scan the QR codes posted around the school. To get a parent permission slip or ask any questions, see Ms. Karasinski in Room 207.

 

The Korean Club will be having their second meeting on Wednesday, October 15th in room AN 56 where we’ll be learning Hangul (the Korean alphabet) and playing traditional Korean games. Food will be provided. To join, the Google classroom code is: goubxnng. Hope to see you there! 

 

Join us for our High School Hispanic Heritage Fair on October 15th from 2:15- 3:45PM in the Annex Cafe and Gym! Celebrate with an informative panel, gallery walk, games, dance, and delicious food. Show your support by wearing a jersey or shirt from a Hispanic country. Don’t miss this exciting celebration of culture, community, and fun! 🎉

Come to the Paint for Positivity Club meeting this Wednesday! We'll be creating paintings for teachers and other needs in our school community. Everyone is welcome—no experience necessary. We meet from 2:15 to 3:30 p.m. in room 121.
