SCHOOL NEWS:
Homecoming football game tickets will be $3 for students. Following the Pep Rally, students will be asked to exit the Turf Field and re-enter to purchase their ticket if they would like to stay in the fan section until the game begins at 3:15pm.
Homecoming is this Friday from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. In order to attend the dance, you must have been in school for at least half of the school day. There will be no entry after 7:45 and if you leave the dance, there is no re-entry. There are no tickets or barcodes that will get scanned for your entry. However, if you've purchased a ticket through parentsquare, you must present your school ID or your license to enter the dance. Any questions? Email Miss Goslin or visit room 233!
The annual Jack-O-Gram fundraiser is back to support our FBLA chapter. Buy a mini gourd for friends, family, school administrators, or teachers. There is a limited supply so act fast! You can get 1 gourd for 3$ 2 for 5$ and 3 for 7$.
HOPE club will be hosting the first blood drive of the year on Wednesday, October 29th in the media center. It is an EVEN scheduled day and appointments are available from 7:45am to 12:30pm. This is a great opportunity to save three lives and get free snacks! You must be 17 years or older to donate; 16 year olds can donate with a parent permission slip. For more information or to make an appointment, scan the QR codes posted around the school. To get a parent permission slip or ask any questions, see Ms. Karasinski in Room 207.
CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES:
The Indian Dance Club will meet on today, October 23th in room AN39 right after school. Snacks will be provided. Please see Mr. Ly in AN 39, Dharshana Bhovana or Aanya Shah if you have any questions.
Have you ever written your name in Japanese with a traditional brush and ink on rice paper? Now you can. The next Japanese Club Meeting is this Thursday in Annex Room 41. Japanese snacks and anime are waiting for you too. All are welcome.

A new program from Model Mindset, in collaboration with S.W. Youth & Family Services, is now available to all high school students. The fun and engaging "Ignite" leadership program will start soon, so don't wait to register! To learn more, scan the QR code on the flyer in the cafeteria hallway.
The Environmental Club will be hosting several all school events where students can volunteer and earn community service hours while learning about the environment. Our first event is Friday, Oct 24 where students will be applying labels to the storm drains around school property. These labels identify that only rain water should be put in the storm drain since all water goes into Plum Gully Brook in front of the school. Come help out to keep our surrounding watershed clean! The Black Student Alliance (BSA) is bringing back Halloween-o-Grams with delicious candy for your enjoyment. Write a message to a friend, teacher, or staff member for $2.50. The order form can be found on the flyers around the school or the BSA showcase. Orders are due by October 24, 2025. The Halloween-o-Grams will be delivered during Bobcat Block on October 31, 2025.
